Each product is made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
